Door Access Instructions

To access the studio, you’ll need an active membership for that studio and a class booked within the next 10 minutes.

Open the Pronto app and log in
Tap the Door icon (bottom right).
Hold the camera screen in front of the QR code displayed on the member access sign at the front door.
If you have an active membership, with a valid class booking in the next 10 minutes, you’ll receive a welcome message on the app letting you know that the door is unlocked for you – this action also checks you into your class.
If the door fails to unlock you’ll receive a message on the app notifying you of the reason.
