Door Access Instructions
To access the studio, you’ll need an active membership for that studio and a class booked within the next 10 minutes.
- Open the Pronto app and log in.
- Tap the Door icon (bottom right).
- Hold the camera screen in front of the QR code on the member access sign at the front door.
- With an active membership and a class booked in the next 10 minutes, you’ll get a welcome message and the door unlocks. This also checks you into your class.
- If the door fails to unlock, the app will tell you why.
