As a Member Relations Specialist, you’ll report to the Regional Operations Manager and assume responsibility for a portfolio of 1000+ portfolio of members, across two studios.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing all inbound communication (inc. text, social media DMs, email and phone) from inquiring, new and established members.
  • Troubleshooting member issues with their Pronto Plan and studio access.
  • Proactive connection with members to support their onboarding and their health  journey.
  • Regular reporting on membership KPIs and related metrics.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following mindset, skills and experience:

  • A growth mindset… an interest in moving beyond your comfort zone to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Proven customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with productivity software (CRMs, MS Office, etc.) and technology in general is essential to this role. Our studios run on technology.
  • A disciplined approach to following battle-tested procedures.
  • The ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience in the fitness or health industry is advantageous but not essential. As is knowledge of Pilates.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week.  Our customers are Australia based, therefore, this role is required to cover hours that suit our customer needs.  This can be discussed further at the interview stage.
